Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
True Meridian AI Transformation ("True Meridian AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at truemeridianai.com and, for onboarded clients, a secure client portal at app.truemeridianai.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect across both, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Who We Are
True Meridian AI Transformation
Canada
2. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide through the contact form. When you submit the contact form on this website, your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message are sent securely to our internal systems via an automation platform (n8n) so our team can respond. Your browser does not open an email client — the form submits directly. We receive only what you choose to enter.
b. Performance data (Vercel Speed Insights). Our hosting provider collects anonymous Core Web Vitals to help us monitor and improve site performance. This does not include personally identifiable information and does not use cookies.
c. Aggregate visit data (Vercel Web Analytics). Our hosting provider collects anonymous information such as the most visited pages, top referrers, and top countries. This does not identify individuals and does not use cookies.
d. Analytics data (Google Analytics, only with your consent). If you accept cookies on our banner, Google Analytics is loaded and collects information including pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, referring URL, and an anonymized IP address. If you reject cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded and no such data is collected.
e. Information collected through the client portal. If you become a client and are given access to our secure client portal, we additionally collect: your name and email (account/login); business files, documents, brand assets, or contracts you upload; API keys, passwords, or other credentials you choose to store in our encrypted credential vault; billing and invoice information processed through Stripe; meeting and scheduling details for meetings our team books with you; messages you send our team through the portal; and, if you opt in, your browser's push-notification subscription so we can send you alerts.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to messages you send us through the contact form
- Communicate with clients about ongoing projects
- Operate the client portal: deliver onboarding tasks, store files and credentials you provide, process invoices and payments, and share meeting/scheduling details
- Monitor and improve site performance and content
- Understand which pages are most useful to visitors
- Meet legal or regulatory requirements where applicable
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data with the following service providers as necessary to operate this website and the client portal:
- Vercel Inc. for hosting, Speed Insights, and Web Analytics. Data is processed in the United States.
- Google LLC for Google Analytics, only when you have accepted cookies. Data is processed in the United States and other regions where Google operates.
- n8n (automation platform) to route contact-form submissions (name, email, phone, message) to our team.
- Supabase for the client portal's database, authentication, and file storage. Client portal data is hosted in Canada.
- Stripe, Inc. for invoicing and payment processing. Stripe receives your name, email, and billing details; we do not store your card details ourselves.
- Cal.com for meeting scheduling. When our team books a meeting with you, your name and email are entered into Cal.com's scheduling system so the meeting can be confirmed and synced into your client portal.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and client communications for as long as they are relevant to our business relationship. If your client relationship ends and you or we close your account, your portal records — including uploaded files, stored credentials, invoices, and messages — are deleted from our systems as part of that process. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact us at caelen@truemeridianai.com and we will process your request promptly.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at caelen@truemeridianai.com.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), row-level access controls that keep each client's portal data isolated from every other client, and encryption at rest for credentials stored in the vault. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
